How to deal with fear & anxiety of corona?

A essay whose name is "The man who was a hospital". This is an essay that wake us. It is about a man who had thought he is suffering from many diseases. He read general symptoms of many diseases and since those general symptoms could be found easily in normal state too, he thus thought that all those different diseases were found in him and thus he got worried that he might be dying soon.
People Condition
The situation of world has become these days like this man. This is what you get to hear when you open the television that so many people are died and so many have become the victim of corona. Even celebrities, sports men, politicians and all have become victim of fear of corona.
Increasing Fear is Fear
Most of the information is invalid about corona. Some people are spreading wrong facts and figures about this disease. They are ignorant so they are spreading fear in people. Fear is increasing day by day. The increase in fear is fear. Facts are that fear itself reduce immunity. If fear increases, then the health of the human being will decline. see the image below;

Remember, we are born with only two innate fears, the fear of falling and the fear of loud sounds. Science says that we learn all other fears except these two.
Mental Slavery
I remember a story when an elephant's baby is small and his feet are chained. The other end of the chain is tied to the hook. The size of the chain is increased as the elephant baby grows larger. There comes a time when elephant baby grows larger and chain is unlatched from the hook. However, the chain is opened, but now the chain is on his mind. And when the chain is on the mind, then it cannot escape.
Death Fear
When research was made on fears, it was come to know that death fear is the biggest fear. This fear keeps us on right way but when this fear increases, it becomes psychological disease. If you are caring yourself, your family, then you don't need to be worry about it. Put trust in Allah and hope.
By doing following activities can be helpful dealing with fear and anxiety;
Regular exercise is good for your physical and emotional health.
Get some sleep.
Eat a healthy diet.
Write down the things you are grateful for.
Work to identify meaning and purpose in your life.
Take breaks from social media.
Keep perspective on the most impacted.
